[Updated] Malware Removal Guide for Windows

Changes:

• Moved safe mode instructions
• Added HitmanPro instructions
• Removed the instructions for resetting the hosts file (HitmanPro will automatically fix it)
• Removed GooredFix (ESET will remove any malicious extensions)
• Removed "Additional Malware Removal Tools"
• Removed unnecessary notes
